How can I track my order?

We send a mail to the user to keep the track of the shipment. You will get an SMS about the shipping with its consignment number and link where you can track your order status.

All orders booked through PlantDeck are fulfilled by us. We take great care in ensuring that you are delighted by the entire experience whether it is ordering, talking to one of us, or dealing with the delivery. To that end, our team will ensure that the product is delivered at a time convenient for you.


You can specify the delivery address along with your email ID and mobile number. You can also provide an alternative address like your next-door neighbor in case you are unavailable to take the order when delivered. Delivery updates will be provided by email as well as SMS.

While we give you the option to choose the delivery time from a list of time slots convenient for you, in order to provide the best value to you and optimize the delivery, we give a 7-day delivery window in which to deliver the orders to you.


Shipping and handling charges will be shown on your purchase receipt. We will inform you of the estimated shipment dates, but will not be responsible for the delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including the shortage of material, labor strikes, transportation failure, or acts of God.


Returns will be dealt with only as per the returns policy posted on the site at the time of acceptance of the binding order.
