SYNGONIUM PLANT

Sunlight: Syngonium requires bright indirect sunlight and also grows well in semi shade and shade conditions. Direct sunlight burns the leaves. Best location would be near window, living room, bedroom etc where there is sufficient amount of brightness available. One of the best indoor plants. When growing in shade conditions these plants need to be taken into sunlight once a week at-least.

Watering: Normal watering, once daily. Plants prefer humid conditions. During dry winters and hot summers moist the plant daily. These plants also prefer drying out between waterings. The water quantity also depends on the planter size.

Soil: Well draining but moisture retaining media with a lot of organic matter suits the plant best. Plant needs to be repotted every second spring.

Best suited planter: 4 inch – 12 inch planter would be best suited for the plant. Terracotta, Black Terracotta pottery, Metal pottery, Jaipur blue pottery and Ceramic will enhance the beauty of the plant. As Syngonium is a climber/creeper it will also look good in hanging and wall pots.

CUBIC PLANTER

Nature of the Planter: Cubic Planter is made of metal. It is in the shape of a square, hence the name. The best location for this planter is outdoors and indoors. This planter is available in three different sizes including x-small, medium and large and also in various colours.

Planter Care: This planter is made out of metal and is powder coated making it long lasting and a fine product. These planters are made of metal and so if they are dropped they might get dented. So please try not to drop them. These planters are attractive and durable.

Water Capacity: Depending on the plant small planter can take upto 10ml of water, medium upto 200ml and large upto 1 ltr of water.

Best suited Tray: 5 inch metal tray is suitable for the medium planter and 10 inch metal tray for large planter.

Potting Mix: The large planter would require 6 kg of potting mix, medium require 3 kg and x-small requires 100 gm of potting mix. Depending on the type of plant, the potting mix ratios and ingredients would vary accordingly. The mix mentioned here is standard mix consisting of red soil, manure, neem cake, vermi compost and perlite. And almost 80% of plants do well with the standard potting mix.
